Website Designing Step 1 (Customer Place order and make payments):
In this initial step of website designing process of Webrox customer is required to have a look at our different
website designing packages (click here for packages and their details) and customer can select and place order for his/her required website designing package.

Website Designing Step 2 (Web Design Requirements):
In Step2, one of our website designing team member read the information been submitted by customer at time of placing the order about new website designing project and create a support ticket in customer’s billing ac or client area ac with us and start communicating with customer via support ticket to understand the business nature and other required information which is related to customer’s website. Customers are requested to provide all required information to our designing team member in order to ensure they do process the order and in step 3 send website design samples to customer according to the best match of the requirement of customer.

Website Designing Step 3 (Design Templates Given to Customer):
According to the talk with customer in Step 2 noted above, in Step3: our website designing team member selects a few (2 or 3 approx.) website designing templates from our collection of 15000+ website designing templates which he/she believe might fit more closer to the requirement of the customer as discussed in Step 2 over ticket email. Our designing team member send such design templates via email ticket to customer for customer’s view and selection purpose. Customer once received the email with the website design templates sent by our web designer then can view the given designs in picture /image format and can choose the design which customer think is most fit for his/her website requirement purpose also customer can given their valuable feedback if any related to website design & our web designer can check the possibility of changes to be made in design template (if customer given any suggestion / feedback with his selection of final design choice).

Note: Customer shall select website design template carefully as once choose whole website is going to be designed on the basis of website deigns template selected by customer. As by this we also want to ensure that customer himself choose the best design for his/her own website to make sure customer is getting the things what they are looking for. Also once customer selected the website designing template and we started Step 4 which is next step to Step 3, we will be not able to issue any refunds due to reason: We will be booking your domain name and web hosting ac and our team will right away start the website designing other steps in order to ensure faster processing of order with required design of customer.

Website Designing Step 4 (Registration of Domain Name & Web Hosting Ac):
In Step 4, we will discuss with client on ticket system and will book any available desired domain name (any one of .com / net / .org / .co.in / org.in / . net.in/ .us / .biz / .name) and web hosting account as well as we will create all required email accounts which you want to be created on your domain name such as info@yourdomainname.com. As, we do offer unlimited free email accounts with each website designing package. We will also upload an under construction page on your website domain name to make sure if any visitor visit your website in advance to launching of it, shall see a under construction page to make sure they re-visit your website once its launched in Step 8.

Website Designing Step 5 (Customer Provide all Required Data & Images for Web Pages):
In Step 5, Our designer contact customer for required pages and their all data required, Customer can send us required data as per their convenient way such as customer can send text format data via email/ fax / CD-ROM or DVD-ROM courier to our office. Any Images if required, customer can send via email / CD-ROM or DVD-ROM courier to our office address. Our web designer also draft sketch at their personal end of all pages and accordingly assist customer to send required data, if required.

Website Designing Step6 (Homepage Designing):
In Step6, our web designer design homepage or 1st page of customer’s website on basis of supplied data to him (by Customer) and design template selected by customer in Step 3 and send link to demo homepage to customer via email once its ready. Customer can check the given link and give their required valuable feedback to web designer about any suggestion (if any) and after it once the homepage design is finalized by web designer and customer Step 7 starts.

Website Designing Step 7 (Website Designing Completed):
In Step 7, our website designer use the data provided by customer for web pages and design whole website with given data by customer’s end. Once completed the website designing our web designer send link to demo view of the whole website designed by him and take final decision of customer regarding making website live.

Website Designing Step 8 (Making Website Live):
After getting final decision of uploading website live to required domain name’s web hosting account. In step8, Our web designer upload all web pages and website contents as finished in Step 7 (website designing) on live domain name and web hosting account which was setup in step 4 noted above and remove the under construction page from the homepage of domain name. Afterwards our designer inform customer about the good news and customer’s website now get LIVE on their registered domain name itself.

Few Important Terms & Conditions:
1. We do also offer FULL REFUNDs if customer is not satisfied with our supplied design templates till STEP 3 of the website designing process but in STEP 3 once customer finalized the website designing template for their website required in step 4 we register the domain name and required web hosting ac thus after step 3 once customer approved their required design from the given set of templates refunds will be not possible.

2. Website design template once finalized in step 3 by customer’s end we will be not able to change the website design template or any changes in the structure of the website design template however contents and pages can be placed as per requirement of customer, as required.
